Our CUSTOM DTF (DIRECT TO FILM) TRANSFERS are specially designed to deliver the best quality possible. They are a great choice if you want to ensure fine detail and sharpness. Our film transfers are perfect for long-lasting and durable graphics.

•Acceptable File type: PNG/PDF
•Image MUST have a transparent background
•Screenshot pics are NOT accepted
•Must be ready to print and sized correctly. Your images must be sized to the listed sizes or a specific size but can not be greater than 12x11.
BE STRONGLY ADVISED THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOW-QUALITY IMAGES. YOUR TRANSFERS WILL BE PRINTED AS THE IMAGE WAS RECEIVED.

LEAD TIME for “custom” transfers is 5-7 business days after artwork is approved.
The order will be shipped out once the products are completed.
Any delay in processing the customer will be notified.

RETURNS/ REFUNDS- We do not offer returns/ refunds. Errors on our part will be made over.
Orders can not be cancelled once the order has been placed.
Processing time- can be anywhere between 5-10 business days depending upon the item/order. Large quantity items take longer. This is exclusive of holidays and weekends and does not include shipping time.
Some of our products can take up to 4-6 weeks for processing and shipping.
If there is any delay with processing, the customer will be notified or the processing time will be displayed on the product page.
All priority parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit.
You must file a claim with the UPS and a replacement of the damaged item will be resent as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Process for parcel lost in-transit.
We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.
